All Soul Flar Candles merchandise (shirts/mugs) ships via our 3rd party provider. If you order these items with candles or body products, they will be shipped separately. Separate tracking is provided for that merchandise.

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, packages traveling via Priority Mail and First-Class Package Service may take extra time to be delivered.

Expected Delivery Changes for Priority Mail and First-Class Package Services.

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Corona virus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States.

The Postal Service’s flagship Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, will not change. Service commitments for local 1-day Priority Mail will not change.

Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance.

With the extra day extension, customers should expect delivery using Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) to range from two to four days nationwide. First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively. Global Express Guaranteed Services also have been altered. As a small family owned and operated business, we are currently unable to cover your return shipping cost. If your order was returned to us due to incorrect address, insufficient address, or marked undeliverable by the the usps, fedex, or ups address we will invoice you for your order to be re shipped to the correct address. Therefore we urge you to please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout.
